2. What Personal Data do We collect from You?
2.1 We will collect your Personal Data only when You effectively and directly provide it in order to obtain our services and/or products, solve your queries or/and receive electronic newsletters and/or promotional e-mails relating to products, events, news, and services as it is specifically described in Section 3.1 of this Privacy Policy.
2.2 In this sense, We will collect directly from You the following Personal Data:
a. Personal details: full name, surname, gender, horoscope, country of residence and date of birth;
b. Contact details: email address and in some specific cases your phone number; and
c. Payment information: bank details when You want to directly purchase products or/and services.

2.4 For serving ads, we use third party solutions. As a result, we may process data using solutions developed by NotifyAI and Pushnami, LLC. Therefore, some of the data is stored and processed on the servers of such third parties. This enables them to serve ads (and show them only to a particular group of users)

3.1 We process your Personal Data for the following purposes:

b. To provide You with our personalized astrophysics services, as it is for instance, explore your daily horoscope, online tarot reading, astrophysics lecture, etc.;

Service providers and business partners: our employees, service providers and business partners that perform amongst others, processing of secure payments, web maintenance and other IT services, marketing and communication, accounting, finance, legal and audit and other business operations needed for AstroVeo to provide the products and / or services that You have requested. For instance, in order our services are provided, professional clairvoyants, tarot readers and horoscope experts that collaborate with AstroVeo, that comply with all Data Protection and confidentiality obligations will receive your Personal Data;

Law enforcement agency, court, regulator, government authority or other third party with compelling authority: We will be able to share your Personal Data with these parties when We believe this is necessary to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation, or otherwise to protect our rights or the rights of any third party; and
c. Third parties: We will share your Personal Data only if it is strictly necessary due to a legal requirement, and/or to third parties when you have consented to send to them your Personal Data for the purpose receiving offers from third party vendors; Top selections and Thevaluefactory SL. 5. What are the Legal Basis for the treatment of your Personal Data?
5.1 AstroVeo informs You that at all times We will comply with the content of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/E, hereinafter,
“GDPR”. In particular, your Personal Data will be processed and treated by AstroVeo according to the following Clauses and Sections included in such Regulation:
a. In the event You are purchasing one of our products or engaging one of our services, AstroVeo will process your Personal Data according to
Clause 6.1, Section “b” included in GDPR. The reason why this treatment will be based in such Clause and Section is because You will be entering into a purchase or service commercial relationship with AstroVeo. This commercial relationship will be governed by the content included in our Terms and Conditions. Therefore, We strongly recommend that You review the content of such agreement.
b. AstroVeo informs You that with the aim to comply at all times with the
Clause 6.1, Section “a” of GDPR, We will request your express and freely consent with the aim to:
i. Send our newsletters and/or promotional e-mails relating to products, events, news, and services; and/or
ii. To be able to provide your information to third parties.
6. What rights do You have over your Personal Data?
6.1 AstroVeo hereby informs You that GDPR and any other applicable Data Protection Regulation, which may be applicable to You, recognizes and guarantees that You are able to exercise and enforce the following rights:
a. To know how We are processing your Personal Data, as well as to be able to access it;
b. To request the rectification of inaccurate or incomplete Personal Data that AstroVeo may have about You;
c. To request the erasure of your Personal Data when such data is no longer necessary for the initial purposes for which it was been initially collected, in accordance with the applicable law;
d. To restrict and/or object to the processing of your Personal Data. For the avoidance of doubt, AstroVeo will be able to keep your Personal Data with the aim We are able to exercise our legal rights;
e. To request the portability of your Personal Data, which will allow you to obtain and reuse the Personal Data in a usable electronic format for your own purposes and across different services without hindrance to usability, including its transmission to another third party; and
f. To withdraw the consent you may have granted to a specific processing, at any time.
6.2 AstroVeo strongly encourages You to contact Us to update or correct your information if it changes or if the Personal Data We hold about You is inaccurate. If necessary, We will contact You if we need additional information in order to complywith your requests.
7. How do We protect your Personal Data?
7.1 We implement technical and organizational measures to ensure a level of security appropriate to the risk to the Personal Data we process. These measures are aimed at ensuring the on-going integrity and confidentiality of the Personal Data. We evaluate these measures on a regular basis to ensure the security of the processing.
7.2 In addition, and as already stated in this Privacy Policy, AstroVeo takes all the necessary legal measures regarding the third parties that may receive your Personal Data in order to be compliant with the applicable Data Protection Regulations, as it is for instance, analyzing the receiver of your Personal Data, its applicable jurisdiction, as well as signing the relevant Data Protection and Data Transfer Agreements when it is needed.
8. For how long do We store your Personal Data?
8.1 We will keep your personal data for as long as We have a relationship with you. Once our relationship with you has come to an end, We will retain your personal data for a period of time that enables Us to:
- Maintain business records for analysis and/or audit purposes;
- Comply with record retention requirements under the law;
- Defend or bring any existing or potential legal claims;
- Deal with any complaints regarding the services.
8.2 We will delete your personal data when it is no longer required for these purposes. If there is any information that we are unable, for technical reasons, to delete entirely from our systems, We will put in place appropriate measures to prevent any further processing or use of the data.

Where changes to the Privacy Policy will have a fundamental impact on the nature of the processing or otherwise have a substantial impact on you, We will give you sufficient advance notice so that you have the opportunity to exercise your rights (e.g. among other, to object to the processing).
